Three Asperity-provided voluntary benefits schemes have been shortlisted in this year’s Employee Benefits Awards, run by Centaur Media.

IBM Rewards (shortlisted in the Most effective use of a voluntary benefits plan category), Club Ladbrokes (Communications strategy of the year for employers with more than 5,000 employees) and Kent Rewards (Most effective benefits strategy for organisations with more than 1,000 employees) all successfully made it through the first round of judging.

Winners will be announced at the annual Awards ceremony on Friday 25th June.

Asperity schemes have won several awards in previous years, including Most effective use of a voluntary benefits plan for Lloyds TSB Staff Offers at the 2009 Employee Benefits Awards, and Best employee communications campaign for Kent Rewards at the DWF Employer Awards in 2008.
