The business travel management company has implemented a tailored version of Asperity’s Reward Gateway platform offering staff discounts of up to 45% at over 1500 retailers including M&S, Debenhams, John Lewis and Expedia. Staff can access discounts online, on the phone and in the high street.
Director of Human Resources, Sue Kavanagh said “We were looking for a high value scheme that could be quickly implemented and came with a solid, integrated employee communications package. We were impressed by the value in Asperity’s offering and the wide range of well known high street names that it comes with. With such a wide range of well known brands offering discounts, we’ve been able to deliver much improved employee engagement in the first weeks since the relaunch.”
The new scheme replaces CWT’s previous programme provided by Countdown.
