Reward Gateway is proud to announce the winners of the seventh annual Engagement Excellence Awards, held in London last night.

Last night marked Reward Gateway’s seventh annual Engagement Excellence Awards, with the winners announced at a celebration held at the Roundhouse, London. The awards celebrate companies that are leading the way in employee engagement and those working to make the world a better place to work. The set of awards look to acknowledge innovative and inspirational companies, as well as inspire the rest of the HR industry to gain ideas for future improvement.

The winner from each category was selected from a shortlist of 55 companies drawn from the 242 submissions received. Each winner was chosen by an independent judging panel, made up of 21 judges across a broad ranges of sectors, from companies including Samsung, Card Factory, and Müller UK & Ireland. The scoring system looked at how each company had set up objectives, the approach and strategy for completing those objectives, and the subsequent results.

The Hyde Group, NAHL Group plc, and Tower Hamlets Homes all picked up two awards each, while Missguided won the Best internal communications strategy and The Hyde Group scooped the Grand Prix: Best of the Best award.

“The seventh annual Engagement Excellence Awards was an incredible night devoted to professionals committed to employee engagement. We would like to recognise all of those companies honoured with nominations for their hard work and passion in supporting their workforces, and to offer our congratulations to all of the winners for their exemplary efforts. We hope that the standard of employee engagement continues to flourish, and thank you all for making the world a better place to work” - Doug Butler, CEO at Reward Gateway
