Business Operations Update from Reward Gateway:

Dear client,

As we all continue to adapt our businesses to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, I'm writing today with a further update on our business operations. 

Dispatch Centre

In line with this week's government advice, we have closed the London Dispatch Centre and our Dispatch Team is now working from home. Operations will continue, and the team has ensured a good stock of Reloadable Cards for Sainsbury's, Tesco and Asda, as we anticipate these will remain in high demand in the coming weeks.

Orders of other new Reloadable Cards have, however, been temporarily suspended. For most Reloadable Card retailers, we do also have the ability to save with an Instant Voucher, so we expect there to be minimal disruption for employees over this time.

Top-ups and Auto Top-ups of Reloadable Cards already with your employees will be unaffected and can continue as normal.

Retailer Availability

We have temporarily removed some ‘in-store only’ discounts as certain venues and retailers have been asked to close to the public, and we don’t encourage purchasing Instant Vouchers that your employees can’t redeem right away.

The team has also created a dedicated category page on the SmartSpending™ platform that highlights some of the top retailers that employees can save money with whilst they stay at home (things like groceries, everyday essentials and things to keep those at home entertained).

Employee communications support

Your employees will receive an email after 2 pm today (branded to your scheme), which outlines the above temporary changes to their discounts programme and reassures them the majority of their discounts remain available to help them save during this difficult period.

Aside from shopping discounts, we can also support your communications efforts by helping you set up a Coronavirus Information Hub on your platform. Your Client Success Manager can build this for you; please get in touch with them if this is something you'd like to do.
