Dear client,

I wanted to ensure that I personally kept you updated with the steps we are taking at Reward Gateway in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as we continue to closely monitor the situation.

Remote working and office closures

The Reward Gateway leadership team has decided to close all of our global offices from today until at least 30 March 2020. This is a precautionary measure to protect our people and their families, and to reduce our social footprint to delay the transmission of coronavirus. Our SmartSpending™ dispatch centre will remain open. The dispatch teams have robust operational plans to ensure they can continue to operate.

Continued service and support from all Reward Gateway teams

You will continue to receive the same level of service, support and guidance from all Reward Gateway teams as normal. Our IT structure and working operational practices have been designed with flexible and remote working in mind.

Roadshows and events

We have asked our Client Success Managers who have any client roadshows planned between now and 30 March to work with those clients to either reschedule them or to do roadshows virtually. We will let you know before 30 March if we decide to cancel any roadshows planned for April, and possibly beyond. All Reward Gateway employee attendance at any external events in the next few weeks has also been cancelled.

Employee communications templates and info hub

We have created several communication templates to help provide key information from the UK government and other official sources about the coronavirus outbreak, which your CSM can share with you for use at your organisation.

Our internal communications team has also created a Coronavirus Information Hub for Reward Gateway employees, which your CSM can replicate for you on your SmartHub™ platform. This can be done for all Reward Gateway clients, irrespective of what products you have, at no additional cost.

Please speak to your CSM if you would like either of these tools to help support your own employee communication plans.

We will continue to stay in touch as things progress to ensure you are aware of any further decisions or adjustments.
