We created EPIC as our unified diversity, equity & inclusion strategy helping to guide our work in this space by Encouraging Positive Improvements Continuously. Our EPIC webinar is part of a series designed to support the HR community in understanding how to deliver an effective and meaningful DE&I strategy and bring employees on the journey. For our first session, we’ll be talking about:

  • Where to start when building an impactful DE&I strategy
  • A radical approach to hiring people from diverse backgrounds
  • How to begin tracking DE&I data in a meaningful way
