As CFO, I work closely with the leadership team to accompany the growth of our activity in all the countries where we are present, ensuring the company meets internal and external obligations as well as maintaining high-level financial standards.

Prior to joining Reward Gateway, I have had the privilege to hold similar positions in the US, Italy, Brazil and Mexico.

As Managing Director, UK, I work closely with our Sales, Success and Product teams to fine-tune how we bring our leading discounts, benefits and R&R platform to market. Prior to joining Reward Gateway in the UK, I've been privileged to hold Managing Director positions for Edenred in Sweden and Slovakia.

As our Managing Director, APAC, I'm responsible for our Australia and New Zealand markets, working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Client Success teams. My passion is working with organizations to assist them to better connect and engage with their people. With 20 years experience in partnering with companies on their engagement strategy, I help strengthen the connection between Reward Gateway’s teams and how we can solve our local market challenges.

Over the last four years, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside this incredible company, moving from Product Manager to Director, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Product. Now, I’m thrilled to take on this new challenge as Chief Product Officer and to see what the future holds for all of us.

My background is in Computer Engineering, with a focus on robotics and embedded systems. In the early days, I worked at Robert Bosch, where I developed parking software for cars and built my own microcontroller boards (before Arduino was even a thing!). Over the past 15 years, I’ve worn many hats—engineer, co-founder, CEO, consultant, designer, and product manager—working in places like Japan, the UK, the US, Germany, and here in Hungary.

At Skyscanner, I had the chance to manage the rebuild of all app products, lead product in a joint venture with Yahoo! Japan, and oversee product management of the data platform in London. I’ve also been part of building startups—some were successful, while others turned into family businesses. It’s been a wild ride, and I’m excited to bring all that experience to my role here.

As Managing Director – USA, I lead the Edenred Benefits and Reward Gateway business in the US. I believe commercial success starts with a company’s own employees, and I have a passion for strong employee experience across our own and our clients' businesses.

I have a broad background across sales, client management, operations, product, and strategy in both small and large companies. Most recently, I was GM of the US Edenred Benefits business. Prior to that, I worked at RapidRatings as Global Head of Delivery & Strategic Operations, leading multiple functions and strategies.

My journey with Reward Gateway began in 2015, and over the years, my role has evolved from Client Support Manager to Client Relationship Team Leader to Head of Client Relationships. As a part of the BG Senior Management team for the last five years, I've really enjoyed seeing RG grow and succeed – and ultimately join the Edenred family.

As Managing Director in Bulgaria, I collaborate closely with other members of our ELT, serving as the voice of BG. I'm responsible for overseeing and optimising the operations of the Bulgarian office, taking overall responsibility for the BG Senior Management team to ensure that BG operates in alignment with Reward Gateway’s wider strategic business objectives, and continuing to enhance our fantastic work culture within the Bulgarian office.
