September 23, 2019 - Reward Gateway, a global employee engagement company, announced the launch of the new SmartInsights Analytics Engine into its flagship employee engagement platform. The new analytics capabilities gives HR leaders the ability to understand which combination of engagement drivers, such as recognition, communications and social activity,  impact how employees live company values and behaviors most important to the organization’s desired business outcomes.

The new highly visual and intuitive dashboards will reveal the most effective types of communications and values-based behaviors by measuring employee interaction and related recognition activity. Dashboards allow administrators and managers to see communications metrics, such as blog posts, key words, likes, follows, shares and comments, alongside values and behavior-based recognition activities.

This makes managers more productive by combining insights and action in the same application.

Reward Gateway’s Engagement Analytics Dashboard will be showcased at booth 645 at HR Technology Conference and Exposition taking place October 1-4 in Las Vegas.
