For those who are motivated by continued improvement, Stick to It!, Streak and Target modes incorporate consistent rewards and nudging to maintain motivation. For example, in our Stick to It! mode, users receive a sticker for every day they meet their goal. Watching stickers build up encourages users to keep going and prevent a break in their progress.

Run a classic competition based on steps, distance, or active minutes. Great for easy syncing with participants’ wearable device or smartphone.

Get creative with a custom activity
Run a challenge based on any activity you want. Try a water, sleep or meditation challenge. Participants log the activity right inside the app.
Engage your team with a variety of challenge modes
Discover our wide array of challenge modules designed to engage employees on individual, team and group levels. Have them race to the finish with a virtual race map, ignite competition with live leaderboards, encourage habit streaks and more!
Streak
Participants track the number of consecutive days they meet custom activity goals. A great way to build healthy habits.
Target
Set a large, total activity goal for groups or solo participants to reach before challenge end. Participants track their daily pace to make sure they reach their personal or team the goal in time, while unlocking milestones along the way.
Leaderboard
Achieve ultimate glory by making it to the top of the leaderboard. For teams or individuals, participants are ranked from high to low based on total activity. A fitness competition classic!
Virtual Race
Step as a group, compete as individuals or as teams in a virtual, long distance race. Participants can track progress in real time through a racetrack and experience fun surprises and milestones along the way!
Stick to It
Help participants ease into a healthy habit. Set a daily activity goal, then determine the total number of times you want everyone to meet that goal over the course of a challenge. It’s okay to miss a few days!
Group Target Fundraiser
Group Target Fundraiser combines all participants’ activity into one score. As the group reaches each 25% increment of the total goal, a donation is made to the cause of your choice. Set the donation amount, donor, and recipients.
