#SHRM19 Day 2: It's all about employee motivation

As CEO of Reward Gateway, I am charged with working with RG's leadership team to set the strategic direction for continued global expansion and growth. I believe that leading any business from small to large isn't really that different – the keys to success remain constant: Purpose. People. Passion. I've previously been the CEO of Gallagher's UK Employee Benefits Consulting Division, and at PIFC Group, Bluefin Corporate Consulting and Capita Employee Solutions.

Klara is passionate about spreading our mission to Make the World a Better Place to Work and connecting as many people as possible. With a background in Client Success, Klara has worked with our clients to enhance their EVPs and is now championing this internally at Reward Gateway.

Caitlin Kirwan is a self-confessed employee engagement and internal communications nerd. After a decade of managing internal comms and engagement programs for different companies around the world, Caitlin now shares her experiences to help leaders connect and engage their teams. When not writing, she can usually be found running, hiking or queuing for an oat latte!

Kaitlin Howes is an HR Business Partner at Reward Gateway. Kaitlin loves the dynamic nature of her job and that she gets to wear many hats, but is especially happy when creating a welcoming, fun and supportive experience for RGers. When she isn’t wearing her RG hat, you can find her repelling her sticky-fingered toddler from grabbing her laptop or chasing sunshine that provides the perfect setting for a picnic.
