Asperity have been shortlisted for a finalist in 4 categories at the Employee Benefits Awards.

Asperity Employee Benefits has been shortlisted as a finalist in 4 categories at the Employee Benefits Awards this year, for the second year running.

The event is held in high regard by industry professionals and is the only one of its kind in the UK that is dedicated to recognising the achievements of those who work in the area of employee benefits. The judging process is carried out over 2 days by an esteemed panel of industry experts, including Clive Wright, chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s Reward Forum.

Last year, Asperity won “Most Effective Use of a Voluntary Benefits Plan” category with their entry for Kent County Council.

This year, the categories Asperity have been shortlisted for are: “Most Effective Use of a Voluntary Benefits Plan” with Lloyds TSB and Ladbrokes plc, “Communications strategy of the year for under 5000 staff” with Ladbrokes plc, and “Most effective use of digital media to communicate benefits to staff” with Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin.

The top 3 providers in the awards, who each have 4 finalists, are Asperity, Benefex and Thomsons Online Benefits.

Glenn Elliott, MD at Asperity, said: “We’ve had a great year and we’re really proud to have been shortlisted with our clients Lloyds, Malmaison and Ladbrokes. As the market leader in voluntary benefits we are constantly innovating to find new ways of bringing voluntary benefits to life for employees, and we’re delighted that our successes have been recognised at the Employee Benefits Awards. We're also particularly pleased that two of our resellers, Benefex and Thomsons Online Benefits, have been so successful this year.”

In addition to Asperity’s shortlisted entries, 15 of the finalist schemes in the Awards this year have their VB systems powered by Asperity.
