Asperity has reshaped its benefits service with a new product, Asperity 360.

Recognising the particular needs of employers with less than 500 employees, Asperity Employee Benefits has reshaped its benefits service for this sector with a new product, Asperity 360.

Ross Musgrove, head of 360 at Asperity, explains that “our discounts service, Reward Gateway, is still very much at the core of Asperity 360 because every employee is attracted to the savings, providing a springboard for wider engagement with all benefits. Increasing demand from our sub-500 clients for all employee benefits to be easily accessible and under a common brand means we have brought together everything these employers need in one place, with one website and a single point of contact for employer and employees alike.”

The benefits are modular so employers can choose which to feature, and build up the range over time.

Glenn Elliott, MD of Asperity, said that “many SME employers will either not have a dedicated HR resource, or the HR professional will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities and won’t be a benefits specialist. These companies still want to provide excellent employee benefits and we needed to make it as easy for them as possible.”

Asperity 360 includes employee discounts, shopping cards and vouchers, reward and recognition, employee assistance programme, total reward statements, employee surveys, healthcare cash plans, salary sacrifice arrangements and other benefits.

Musgrove is delighted at the response from clients, both existing and new. “The complete circle of employee benefits in one place makes excellent sense for employers and enables us to provide pro-active client service with all the management information needed to ensure schemes are well-used and highly valued by employees.”
