The UK’s aviation regulator, Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), is to implement a new voluntary benefits programme for their 1,100 staff. The tailor-made programme is to be provided by Asperity Employee Benefits.

Hailed as a world leader in its field, the CAA is now hoping to cement its reputation as a top employer through an attractive integrated voluntary benefits programme, in order to help recruit and retain the best talent available.

The CAA’s new benefits programme is due to launch this November on Asperity’s Reward Gateway platform, which will see CAA employees enjoying discounts and offers at over 1,500 various retailers online and in-store. Asperity’s appointment will also involve the full integration of current employee benefits.

Alan Croxford, CAA’s Head of Reward & Employment Relations, said: “Out of the several presentations we saw from different voluntary benefits providers, Asperity stood out as the best option for us. We were impressed by their positive reputation and their position in the market, as well as the significant variety offered in their discounts scheme. We felt that this breadth of choice, together with the user-friendliness of the programme, would be highly valued and appreciated by our employees. As our own reputation is of world-leading standard, it is extremely important that our employees feel valued and that they are happy with the employment package we offer them.”

Ross Musgrove, Head of Client Services at Asperity, said: “Asperity is delighted to be working with the CAA. They will be launching on Version 3 of Reward Gateway which has some great new features and will bring significant value to employees.”
