Travis Perkins has moved their voluntary benefits programme to Asperity.

Leading UK building services group Travis Perkins Plc, whose businesses also include Wickes and Keyline Builders Merchants, has moved their voluntary benefits programme from Personal Group to Asperity Employee Benefits, in an effort to increase staff engagement.

The move will see Travis Perkins’ 15,000 staff, working in over 1,100 locations nationwide, enjoying a much larger range of benefits through online offers, telephone offers and discounts in the high street.

Group Reward Manager for the company, Sharon Lindars, said: “Asperity’s huge range of offers and discounts appealed to the Travis Perkins Group because of the large and diverse nature of our staff. As the leading employer in the building and construction industry, we are excited by Asperity’s focus on active engagement and multi-channel communication with our employees, and we are certain our staff will benefit from this move.”

Glenn Elliott, Managing Director at Asperity added: “We are delighted to be working with another industry-leading retailer. Over the last year we’ve developed great experience in communicating with retail based staff through our programmes at Next, Iceland and Fortnum & Mason. Our broad range of employee offers, together with an integrated communications plan will deliver the highest levels of employee usage and engagement.”
