London, 2 November 2015 – Global leader in employee engagement Reward Gateway today announces four high profile senior appointments.
The news swiftly follows the appointment of Employee Benefits Professional of the Year Debra Corey as Group Reward Director.
Lucy brings to Reward Gateway more than 18 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, which will prove invaluable in the ongoing development of Reward Gateway’s SmartHealth™ technology. SmartHealth™, which will launch in Spring 2016, is a brand new, game-changing approach to corporate wellness using the latest technology. Prior to joining Reward Gateway, Lucy held a number of different roles at LA fitness, the most recent being Head of Corporate Sales.
Stephanie Heasman joins the team as Head of Engagement in the UK. She will be responsible for managing a large number of Engagement Managers and working with them to deliver innovative engagement strategies to over 900 clients. She brings a wealth of experience, amassed from her 15 years sales and management experience.
Rob was previously Senior Operations Manager at Amazon and more recently Head of Operations at Collinson Group. He joins the team as Head of Operations and will oversee and develop all UK Operations, including client implementation and engagement at Reward Gateway.
Chris will be in charge of talent acquisition worldwide ensuring that Reward Gateway attracts the very best talent to continue the company’s growth and meet client needs.
