Company now supports over five million end users as organizations focus on recognizing and connecting hybrid workforces

Global employee engagement company Reward Gateway has announced that its global client base has grown to over 2,000, driven by a 200% increase in U.S. customers YoY. The company, which celebrated its 15th anniversary this month, continues to see global demand for its platform from new customers across industries, including Beak & Johnston, EcoWater Systems, Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and Quintessential Brands.

Rob Boland, Reward Gateway COO said:

“The past year has proven pivotal as organizations change how they attract, engage and retain their people within flexible or hybrid work environments. HR leaders today are doing more with less by simplifying and consolidating their technology, while investing in programs and systems to enhance the employee experience. It’s been rewarding to help clients solve business and people challenges with our centralized employee reward and recognition, discounts, communications, surveys and wellbeing tools, alongside flexible benefits administration on a highly personalized, all-in-one engagement platform.”

Jennifer LaFountain, SNHU Director, Talent Engagement & Inclusion said:

“At Southern New Hampshire we quickly adapted to COVID and as the dust settles, our employees told us that maintaining connection to each other and the organization is more difficult than before. In light of this we are focusing on experiences that allow our employees the opportunity to connect, including a new appreciation and recognition program.”

FY 2021 milestones include:

  • Reward Gateway celebrated its 2,000th customer and doubled the number of clients in the U.S.
  • Reward Gateway was recognized for its technology innovations, executive leadership and corporate initiatives by industry groups including Select Software, HRD Magazine, Talent Culture, The Stevie Awards and Inspiring Workplaces.
