What were the key challenges you had that led you to partnering with Reward Gateway?
"The key challenges we were facing is we had four different, ways of recording recognition.
So we were looking for a way to centralise, recognition and make it easier for our people and our leaders to be able to recognise their colleagues as well as the leaders to recognise their teams."
How has having discounts, recognition and reward tools in a unified platform streamlined processes and improved the employee experience?
"We implemented Reward Gateway about six months ago now. We've seen, an improvement in our engagement scores as well as our recognition of our peers and, through our leaders has increased by seventy five percent over that six month period."
"Now I don't mind adding. One of the questions that everybody always asks when they join the business or when they're in the business is, how do I get hold or find out where our employee benefits are or recognition program or platform. To point them into the one place is really, really beneficial. It's massively helped."
In Australia's cost of living crisis, how does offering employee discounts and financial wellbeing resources support your people?
"Our people have really engaged well with the discounts. So we have, team members who, range in, salaries from sort of, reasonable income through to high incomes, and everyone has talked to, how the discounts have supported them in making everything from their small grocery purchases through to my favourite, The Good Guys."
"I would just add that there's a company in the UK called Tesco's and their phrase was every little helps. And, genuinely, we're in this environment where every little helps and some people take it really seriously and they use the platform religiously.
And it necessarily doesn't actually coincide with how much people are earning.
It's a mindset of how easy it is to use the platform and they get into that kind of rhythm of using it day in day out for daily cost savings."
Would you recommend Reward Gateway to other organisations?
"I would absolutely recommend Reward Gateway. The experience contract process, and then building the system which is best spoke for us.
We got to pick the name. We got to pick the colors. Everything is all, just for us was such an easy process.
And now and the engagement with our business has been huge. Our CEO raves about it, and he goes on every fortnight and engages with the process. So it's amazing."
"And I think, the fact that you can make it personalised and part of your own business and the ease of use, and as you've said, the kind of ease of rolling it out is so, so helpful. It's awesome."
