Transcript: "I think what a founder-led business brings and it's still 100% family-owned. So, he does direct our culture and has done, and the whole time he's had a big focus on people, which is really great to see. One of the things that you'll see meeting Jack is that he's super authentic and genuine. And I guess that flows down into the business. It flows down into our core values."

"And when you talk to Gen Zs and Gen Alphas coming through, that's what they want too. They want a genuine connection. They want to feel valued and so all of our reward and recognition is peer-based. It's not me nominating someone in my team because I get along really well with them. It's peers nominating their peers because they've done something awesome that may fly under the radar normally."

"So for us, it's about how do we create an emotional connection and meaningful rewards? In QSR, in particular, and anyone that works in a business that focuses a lot on EBITDA and sales, recognition isn't about getting an award for getting the top sales. It's about displaying behaviours that are in line with our core values. So for us, it was how do we take I guess all of those touch points from our EVP and put them into as simple as possible platforms. So, we use Reward Gateway for our reward and recognition, our wellbeing, our blogs, we run competitions. Everyone knows to go there for that information."

Transcript: "For us, it’s about educating on financial wellbeing. We do use Reward Gateway through our wellbeing platform, but then we plug in some of our benefit partners. We have a company called Humanforce Thrive, which gives our employees access to their pay prior to being paid. But it's more about not those short quick fix solutions, but more about how do we give our employees access to blogs, access to webinars, access to tools and resources that can help them to make better financial decisions, particularly younger generations that are coming through that just don't have that kind of financial acumen."
