The Challenge

INPEX were looking for a way to better connect and engage their diverse workforce. With employees across different sites and rosters, it was becoming harder to maintain consistency in communication and recognition. At the same time, rising living costs were placing additional pressure on employees.

The Approach

With 98% of employees with an active account, the platform has become part of how employees interact with the business each day. It’s saved time, enhanced overall engagement, and reduced confusion caused by manual processes and duplicated efforts.

Recognition has encouraged a culture of appreciation and visibility. INPEX employees now feel seen and valued for their efforts by their peers and their leaders. They’ve received positive feedback from their employees that implementing a recognition program has helped strengthen morale and collaboration across departments.  

Over the past 12 months, employees have sent more than 230 eCards and received 1,500+ awards, with over $270,000 spent in the reward marketplace. This level of activity shows that recognition is not just encouraged but embedded in everyday culture.
