How we brought the RG magic to life

A couple weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending the SHRM21 conference in Las Vegas with some other RGers. We chatted with many forward-thinking HR professionals and people leaders, shared employee engagement best practices and gained key insights from other participating vendors.

It was so great to be at an in-person event again and feel the energy all around us.

Here at RG we pride ourselves on the magic we bring to our events, so in order to take things up a notch, we brought an actual magician with us to wow our booth visitors.

We got to meet with HR leaders in various industries and chat about how our employee engagement platform can help better connect, recognize and support their people – especially as we continue navigating the challenges of hybrid working into 2022.

In one of our sessions, I had an in-depth conversation with Reward Gateway client Jennifer LaFountain of Southern New Hampshire University about the organization’s journey to select an engagement partner and its upcoming launch of the new platform, called “SHINE.”

And our Head of Global Solutions Marketing, Erin DiVincenzo, gave a stellar presentation about the newly launched Engaged Index™ – a powerful four-question tool that provides employers with actionable insights to help measure, manage and improve employee engagement. Read more about it here.

I’m already looking forward to next year’s SHRM event in New Orleans (June 12th-15th) and I hope you are too! If you have any questions about how our tools can help your organization reach its goals, get in touch with an Employee Engagement Specialist today.
