Do I have to pay for a speaker? Nope, we don’t charge anything for our speakers. They’re very un-diva like, and don’t have any funny Mariah Carey type requests for a dressing room either. If you have budget for travel then this is always helpful (especially international), however, we don’t require any cost on your part.

If I submit a form, am I guaranteed to have a Reward Gateway speaker at my event? Whilst we always do our best to accommodate speaker requests, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to say yes to every single one as our experts do this alongside their full time roles. We prioritise their existing commitments and wellbeing.

What event criteria would make my request a good fit for Reward Gateway? We look at each speaker submission on a case by case basis to ensure we partner you with the right speaker for your audience, so please give us as much information about the type of talk you’re after. Speaking gigs are a big investment in time when you factor in travel, preparing a presentation and the actual delivery, so we typically only speak at events with over 100 delegates. We also consider audience demographics, the calibre of other speakers, and your lead time.

Can I get a member of the Leadership Team to speak at my event? Absolutely! Our eleven-person strong Leadership Team love being out on the road, sharing their stories, and helping to make the world a better place to work. Their diaries tend to fill up months in advance, so the more notice you can give us the better your chances of securing one.

It won’t be a sales pitch, will it? No, all of our talks focus on thought leadership and best practice that your audience can apply to their own employee engagement strategies. We’re always happy to speak about our solutions, but only if you ask us to.
