You might have noticed this with the Goldsmiths Reloadable Card discount being no longer available.

Goldsmiths offered a great level of discount which was much loved by many of your people, and then they made some changes which were below the level of user-experience you and your people expect. These changes meant the Reloadable Card could no longer be used to buy Rolex, Omega, Breitling, TAG Connect, and Cartier brands, as well as any sale/discounted items and products marked ‘online only’.

We saw first-hand from your people how confused they were by the offer and disappointed that they had restrictions on their card. So we removed it. We hope you agree with us taking these measures to continue to provide Value, Selection, and Convenience to the discounts you offer your people. We’ve kept the door open for Goldsmiths to return with an offer which your people will love to use and still offer a Cashback saving with them for those who do want to shop there.
