Transcript: "Hi, my name is Emily, and I work as the HR advisor for P&N Bank and BCU Bank, which are both divisions of P&N Group. My role sits within our people capability, wellness, and culture team, and I am responsible for supporting my team and our management cohort with all things, performance management, investigations, employee benefits, remuneration, organisational development and culture."

Can you describe the challenges that led you to partnering with Reward Gateway?

"Prior to partnering with Reward Gateway, our organisation had limited ability to formally recognise our people in a consistent way. We desired a platform that could assist with implementing recognition programs of all sizes, but also one that could evolve with our culture and strategy as the organisation grew and our priorities shifted. The biggest selling factor for us when considering Reward Gateway was the reward and recognition capabilities, and the additional discounts and savings offered were a wonderful added bonus. It was also a platform that provided the most benefit to our diverse workforce where everyone can tailor their use and discounts to their own lifestyles."

"After partnering with Reward Gateway for a couple of years now, we've successfully streamlined our current reward and recognition programs, launching things like our service milestone recognition, annual employee excellence awards and various other smaller programs exclusively through the platform. We also have a range of recognition eCards available to all employees with an opportunity to add more whenever we need."

What is the favourite part of the platform for you and your people, and why?

"There are a couple of things I really love about the platform. One being the ability to reward and recognise our people through various eCards and reward programs that have been custom made for our organisation. It's really nice seeing that peer-to-peer recognition where anyone can shine a light on exceptional service and actions that align with our organisational values and culture as soon as they see it. Reading through the social recognition wall at the end of each day is also so nice to see."

"The other thing I love is the savings we have access to across hundreds of different retailers available on the platform. I'm a frequent flyer with our Reward Gateway discounts, and I've seen others across this organisation save thousands of dollars since we launched. In times like these with cost of living increasing, saving money on simple things like groceries and fuel makes such a huge difference in the long run. While my role is responsible for promoting the platform across the organisation, I really do appreciate having access to this as an employee as well."

How has the Customer Service been from the Reward Gateway team?

"My experience, the customer service from the team at Reward Gateway has been great. Whenever I have a question about the current programs we have across the platform, I'm always met with a very timely and helpful response. The team always take the time to walk us through the ins and outs of the program so we can run, adjust or troubleshoot any issues ourselves once they launch. We also have a dedicated account manager, the lovely Maribel, who I've worked closely with for a while now, and have felt very supported since I've worked with the team."

What has been the program impact? What value does it bring to P&N Bank and BCU Bank and your people?

"I think the biggest program impact for us has been the contribution the platform has made to our ability to offer an employee experience that aligns with our overall Employee Value Proposition or EVP. One of our main focus areas of our EVP is ensuring our people feel recognised and this platform offers both individual rewards and the ability for anyone in the organisation to be recognised through our eCards. By giving our people that autonomy to not only recognise, but be recognised for great performance and contribution to organisational goals, we hope that they feel more engaged and valued, as well as empowered to contribute positively to the overall organisational culture. By streamlining our reward and recognition programs, the platform has also reduced the time required to manually administer these programs, which gives us time back to work through and develop further value-adding initiatives for our employees."

Would you recommend Reward Gateway? If so, what is the best thing about partnering with Reward Gateway?

"I would absolutely recommend Reward Gateway to any other organisations considering the platform. The best thing about partnering with Reward Gateway is the opportunities the platform provides. So, if you've got an idea for a reward program or recognition program or initiative, chances are you can probably administer it through the Reward Gateway platform."
