What are your employee engagement goals? To close out #SHRM19, we  asked HR professionals to vote on their top engagement priority. Most people put their poker chips (when in Vegas, right?) in the jar labeled "all of these," demonstrating that improving employee engagement across the board is a real priority.

The top two individual jars with the most poker chips were "aligning mission and values" and "attracting and retaining talent." And it's our goal here at Reward Gateway to make the world a better place to work, including your organization, all with the help of our strategic recognition and engagement tools.

On behalf of the entire SHRM team, we loved having a chance to connect with countless HR professionals from around the world. If you weren't able to make it to SHRM, don't worry. Check out some footage from our booth and you'll feel like you were right there with us!

We'd love to talk with you further and learn more about your individual engagement goals to see how we can help. If you're interested in learning more, please reach out to us.
