There’s no doubt about it – everyone’s feeling the weight of the pandemic on their shoulders this year. And this weight carries over into everything we do, including work.

In particular, HR leaders agree that 2020 has been the most stressful year of their careers.

In a survey of 751 HR leaders and 1,510 employees from companies across the UK, U.S. and Australia, we were able to learn more about their biggest stressors and how to combat them. Here are our biggest findings:
