I’m so excited to be back on the virtual stage for Engagement Excellence Live: Engaging Today’s Workforce this month. In my role at Reward Gateway, I work with leaders who are transforming their company cultures and improving employee engagement. I’m honored to be speaking alongside others in HR, DEI and employee engagement in various industries, who are adapting to the changing needs of their people in order to build more resilient organizations.

Here’s a little more on what my session will cover:

Back in March when the pandemic first hit, organizations reacted quickly in order to better connect, support and recognize their people during this time of uncertainty. Fast-forward a bit to today and people at all levels are now feeling extreme levels of burnout – they’re disengaged, fatigued from the uncertainty and feeling isolated.

In this ever-changing environment, how can you maintain motivation, productivity and connection in the workplace?

On November 10th, I’ll share ways that organizations can evolve their employee engagement strategies and create work environments where people can shift and thrive in the face of challenge and change. I’ll walk you through:

  • Ways to strengthen the manager-employee relationship with impactful communication and feedback strategies.
  • How to create tools and channels that boost your employees' sense of belonging, contribution and connection.
  • How to support DEI strategies to encompass the needs of all people in all aspects of your business.
  • Tips for building a culture of recognition and create a ripple effect of support across all layers of your organization.

Save my spot

If you’ve never attended one of my sessions before, I wanted to give you a sneak peek into what you can expect as we navigate this journey together.

Here’s a look at one of my presentations from the last EnExLive, where I highlighted ways leaders can fuel a culture of growth with employee recognition despite challenging times.

And here are a few more resources to get you thinking:

 1. This blog offers 22 ways to maintain morale during the COVID-19 pandemic.
 2. This blog gives an overview of ways to improve team connections, productivity and culture   during COVID-19.
 3. This eBook that walks through three steps to boost employee motivation with employee   recognition.

Hopefully these resources get you thinking about how to develop strategies that will help your people in both the short and long-term. Join me on November 10th for an in-depth look into how to motivate your people during these challenging times. Remember to save your spot and register today!
