Alexandra Powell, Director of Client Cultural Insights, not only knows American Sign Language, but uses it to secretly communicate with her husband and kids at parties. Alex is a highly experienced employee engagement consultant, trainer and speaker. For over 20 years she has helped HR and business leaders implement strategies that drive true culture change.
Meghan Barrett is a Content Marketing Manager at Reward Gateway. Outside of writing about employee engagement, she spends her time capturing sunsets with her camera, making a mess in the kitchen and relaxing in local cafes while eating chocolate croissants.
Rob Boland is the COO at Reward Gateway and is responsible for ensuring every client and employee has the best experience with anything Reward Gateway-related. He knows a ton about the rugby union and cricket, and can always be counted on to find the best places to watch the matches in London.
Emily Burke is the U.S. Implementation Team Lead at Reward Gateway. She once took a week off right before finals her Freshman year of college to sail in the Ensenada boat race from Newport Beach to Ensenada with her dad.
Rachel Weeks is the VP of U.S. Growth Marketing at Reward Gateway. When she's not spreading the word to HR professionals about the benefits of employee engagement solutions (which she loves doing!), she's spending time at her second job, driving her son to his sports and activities. Play ball!
As the U.S. Director of Consultancy, George lives to empower companies with the tools to engage employees and develop meaningful connections. He mostly lives off of Red Bulls, and is always looking forward to his next round of golf.
