This past year seemed to fly by, didn't it? At the end of every year, I like to look back and think about my goals, and if I set out to accomplish what I started with. Looking after more than a dozen different products across our three core markets takes a village. I'm lucky to work with amazing people, and I wanted to show my teams across the world that every minute of every effort they put in really went somewhere. 

So last year, I began putting together more documentation of our improvements, which formed a massive timeline. I've done the same thing this year, which has put into perspective all the hours spent on improving our products to Delight our Customers! 

It's a bit of a struggle to fit on the screen, but here's a peek at it:

But I wanted to make it even more digestible for you, our audience. So we broke it down into an infographic, sharing some of my favorite moments throughout the past year – everything from launching Employee Profiles to better notifications on our blogs to developing personalized Recognition and Reward Tiles... the list goes on.
