Our journey toward prioritizing mental health began with a deep-rooted understanding that our employees’ wellbeing is paramount to their success and fulfillment, both personally and professionally. With this ethos at the core of our culture, we embarked on a mission to develop a comprehensive internal wellbeing strategy that seamlessly integrates wellbeing support into every facet of our organization, centralized around making wellbeing the HEART of everything we do.

Looking after our HEART with Unmind

Enter Unmind – the latest addition to our arsenal of tools aimed at nurturing the mental health of our team members. Developed by psychologists, Unmind offers a holistic approach to mental wellbeing, incorporating therapy, coaching and proactive measures into one user-friendly platform. With Unmind, RGers gain access to a wealth of resources designed to help us understand, improve and maintain our mental health in a confidential and supportive environment.

Falling in Love with Mental Wellbeing: The Internal Launch Campaign

As part of our internal launch campaign, we’ve created a dedicated Unmind Hub on boom!, our employee engagement platform – a one-stop resource for our team members to explore all that Unmind has to offer.

We aligned our launch with Valentine’s Day so we could encourage our employees to spread love in the most meaningful way – by caring for each other's mental wellbeing. With our limited-edition Mental Wellbeing Valentines eCards, employees can send their colleagues a digital token of appreciation and positive affirmations. 


To celebrate our Healthy Everyday Actions Reached Together, we are also giving out HEART Awards, recognizing and rewarding our team members who actively engage in supporting their mental wellbeing. Through these initiatives, we're fostering a culture of openness, collaboration, and support – a culture where mental health is celebrated and prioritized.
