Last week, leaders from around the world gathered in New Orleans to attend SHRM22 and uncover new ways to “Cause the Effect” in HR. With more than 200 sessions on DEI, talent acquisition and retention, workplace culture and mental health, the conference provided inspiration and education for HR leaders to take back to their organizations.
