The true impact of employee recognition is hard to ignore — combined with other components in your overall employee engagement strategy, an effective employee recognition program can help reduce turnover, boost employee morale and increase collaboration among teams.
But employee recognition programs can also be complex. Where do you begin, what kind of initiatives should you put in place and how do you convince others that it really, truly matters?
