Since implementing the program, they've seen a 14% increase in engagement for the flexible perks platform.
Employees use the platform on a regular basis to get retail and technology discounts, while improving employee communications and engagement. Since working with Reward Gateway and introducing new perks, Hyde Group now has a 74% staff satisfaction with HR initiatives.
