Reward Gateway Goes From Strength to Strength Following £1.11bn Acquisition by Edenred

Business growth with double digit revenue growth in 2023 and sales momentum with new clients wins including The Post Office

3 April, 2024: LONDON, United Kingdom - 10 months on from the acquisition of Reward Gateway by Edenred SE for £1.11bn, operating revenue for Edenred’s Benefits & Engagement business line was £1,244 million in 2023, up 25.7% as reported, and up 19.5% like-for-like, with a strong contribution from Reward Gateway, which has continued to enjoy double digit growth since the acquisition. Edenred’s Benefits and Engagement business accounts for 63% of the Edenred Group’s total operating revenue.

The combined organisation now has unrivalled scale in the HR technology arena with 12,000 employees worldwide who generated total revenues of over €2.5 billion, up 23.7% as reported, versus 2022.

The successful migration of hundreds of Edenred’s UK clients onto Reward Gateway’s single employee engagement platform is already delivering a premium experience, increasing the engagement of 1000’s of employees across the UK.

Existing and migrating clients and new prospects in both the Private and Public sectors are reassured by the Group's financial security and the strict data security policies that a large listed corporate company delivers.

Additionally, The Post Office, The Chevron Group, Valleys to Coast Group and many others have chosen Reward Gateway after a competitive process.
