Reward Gateway, a global industry leader in employee engagement, announced it has been named as the Reward & Recognition Gold Service Provider of the year by HRD Australia. This is the third time that Reward Gateway wins this prestigious award, having received gold in 2019 and 2020.

HRD’s Service Provider Awards recognises the industry’s top performers in 10 key service areas including Corporate Health and Wellbeing, Employment Law Firm, Human Capital Management Systems, Learning and Development, Payroll Systems, Pre-employment Screening and Psychometric Assessment, Talent Management, Recruitment Systems and Technology, Reward and Recognition & Workforce Management Software.
Vendors operating in these areas were invited to submit nominations during a call for entries conducted in August-September this year. The entries included an overview of their business or product, insight into their point of difference in the industry, statistics around market share and growth over the past 12 months, and other relevant information such as industry accolades, client testimonials, and the like. The HRD team reviewed all the submissions, with the top three in each category awarded gold, silver and bronze respectively.
