- Automatically syncing employee data (such as worker details and organizational information) from Workday to the Reward Gateway | Edenred platform, reducing manual administration and file uploads for human resources (HR) teams whilst eliminating the risk of errors from manual data manipulation.
- Bringing key employee recognition moments into selected HR workflows in Workday, giving managers better visibility into recognition during check-ins and performance reviews, leading to more meaningful performance conversations.
