AU-Employee-Recognition

This past year seemed to fly by, didn't it? At the end of every year, I like to look back and think about my goals, and if I set out to accomplish what I started with. Looking after more than a dozen different products across our three core markets takes a village. I'm lucky to work with amazing people, and I wanted to show my teams across the world that every minute of every effort they put in really went somewhere.

So I started to put together a timeline of all the improvements we've accomplished this past year in Product and Engineering.

Here's a look at what I came up with - you can see it struggles to even fit on the screen!

Reward Gateway product release timeline 2018

(It's even interactive, you can check out the whole thing here!)

But I wanted to make it even more digestible for you, our audience. So we broke it down into an infographic, sharing some of my favourite moments throughout the past year – everything from launching our employee surveys product to redesigning our blog interface to developing more features for reward and recognition... the list goes on. Take a look for yourself:

One of my favourite values here at Reward Gateway is Push the Boundaries, which is something we try to do every day to bring you the best in the business when it comes to an employee engagement solution. Whether you're looking to improve your Employee Value Proposition, shine a light on the culture and values your business stands for or find innovative ways to communicate with a hard-to-reach workforce, I hope that the work we put in does what it should: Make the world a better place to work
