Dear Santa,

All the staff in my company want end-of-year fun,
But I work in HR and I’ve had a rough run.
COVID-19 keeps ruining our plans –
Do I throw a big party with the risk it gets banned?

My people are feeling uncertain and tired –
I need your assistance so they feel inspired.
I want them to thrive in this new world of work,
But my budget is tight and COVID’s a jerk.

Could you make something fun that helps brighten their day?
That rewards their hard work and increases their pay?
That builds up their confidence and sense of connection,
and gives them support and helps set their direction?
