As the first Managing Director of Edenred India, I am excited to lead our growth agenda. We are at a pivotal moment with opportunities to elevate users' experience and strengthen our ecosystem by focusing on Platform and Partnerships.
I am also an avid learner and have completed my ICF ACC certification to better support the people I work with and bring my best self to every moment.

As Managing Director – USA, I lead the Edenred Benefits and Reward Gateway business in the US. I believe commercial success starts with a company’s own employees, and I have a passion for strong employee experience across our own and our clients' businesses.
I have a broad background across sales, client management, operations, product, and strategy in both small and large companies. Most recently, I was GM of the US Edenred Benefits business. Prior to that, I worked at RapidRatings as Global Head of Delivery & Strategic Operations, leading multiple functions and strategies.

As Managing Director for Reward Gateway | Edenred UK & Ireland, I lead our business across growth, customer success, and market strategy, helping organisations create happier, more engaged, and more productive workplaces.
I’ve spent more than 25 years building, scaling and transforming commercial businesses across technology, telecoms, and employee engagement. Before joining Reward Gateway | Edenred, I held senior leadership roles at Samsung, EE, and Stanley Black & Decker, leading major commercial growth and transformation.
I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, creating propositions that solve real customer challenges, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Reward Gateway | Edenred sits at the intersection of employee experience and business performance, making this an incredibly exciting opportunity to lead across the UK & Ireland.

As Engagement Merchant Director, my role is to develop long-term relationships with international brands and retailers and to support Business Units in building a competitive and profitable Merchant catalogue.
I began my career at the French Railways and the Accor Group before joining Accor Services in 2004, where I launched the first benefits platform for Ticket Restaurant users, leading to the creation of Edenred Media.
In 2019, I discovered the Employee Savings business, supporting its launch in Belgium following the acquisition of the Merits & Benefits and Ekivita platforms. 2 year later, we operated a successful migration to the Reward Gateway platform.
I am passionate about building partnerships that bring value to all stakeholders involved.

As CFO, I work closely with the leadership team to accompany the growth of our activity in all the countries where we are present, ensuring the company meets internal and external obligations as well as maintaining high-level financial standards.
Prior to joining Reward Gateway, I have had the privilege to hold similar positions in the US, Italy, Brazil and Mexico.
Vianney de Dreuille
As Strategy & Business development director, I work in close loop with the leadership team to support the development of our activity across all the countries where we are operating. I am also in charge of building the Strategic Plan for the Engagement activity and ensuring its delivery against targets, as well as M&A activities.
Prior to joining Reward Gateway | Edenred, I have held various global strategic positions within the Edenred Group and in strategy consulting at Bain & Company.
Stephane Dufour
As Expansion Director, I drive the roll-out of the Engagement offering in new countries. I animate the global Edenred Engagement business community (including GoIntegro in Latin America) to share experiences and homogenize ways of working. I also lead the Engagement Shared Service Center located in Bulgaria and manage the Customer Service department. In addition, I drive initiatives to better measure and improve the NPS for our Engagement entities.
Prior to this role, I was the Managing Director for Reward Gateway | Edenred UK & Ireland. I also held several Managing Director positions within the Group, including in Slovakia and Sweden.

Over the last four years, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside this incredible company, moving from Product Manager to Director, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Product. Now, I’m thrilled to take on this new challenge as Chief Product Officer and to see what the future holds for all of us.
My background is in Computer Engineering, with a focus on robotics and embedded systems. In the early days, I worked at Robert Bosch, where I developed parking software for cars and built my own microcontroller boards (before Arduino was even a thing!). Over the past 15 years, I’ve worn many hats—engineer, co-founder, CEO, consultant, designer, and product manager—working in places like Japan, the UK, the US, Germany, and here in Hungary.
At Skyscanner, I had the chance to manage the rebuild of all app products, lead product in a joint venture with Yahoo! Japan, and oversee product management of the data platform in London. I’ve also been part of building startups—some were successful, while others turned into family businesses. It’s been a wild ride, and I’m excited to bring all that experience to my role here.
