FAQs
Hire period: the period for which this agreement is valid; always 12 months.
Hire agreement: the ‘terms and conditions’ of Cycle to Work that are signed during the application process.
Salary sacrifice period: the period in which Cycle to Work payments are made through each salary payment until the balance is paid off. The period of repayment can be 12, 18 or 24 months.
We offer Cycle to Work in the form of a salary sacrifice benefit. However, in the event that your employee is on National Minimum or National Living Wage, you will be able to offer this as a net payroll deduction benefit.
If an employee leaves before the end of the hire term, the outstanding balance of their Cycle to Work order will be taken from their remaining salary payments.
