2025 Winners
Meet the deserving winners of The Appreciation Awards 2025, announced at the ceremony held at the Natural History Museum on 11th November 2025.
At Reward Gateway | Edenred, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all Employees, Workers, Customers, Clients and Vendors, both during work hours and at any company-related social events. Social gatherings, whether onsite or offsite, are an extension of the workplace, and our standards for respectful behaviour apply equally in these settings.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, at any company-sponsored events. Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome behaviour of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. This can include, but is not limited to:
- Unwanted physical contact or advances
- Inappropriate jokes, comments, or gestures
- Sharing or displaying inappropriate materials
- Unsolicited and unwelcome attention, either in person or through digital communication
Behavioural Expectations
All Employees, workers, Customers, Clients and Vendors are expected to always behave professionally and respectfully. This includes:
- Being mindful of personal boundaries and respecting others’ space
- Avoiding inappropriate comments or jokes that could make others uncomfortable
- Moderating alcohol consumption and avoiding behaviour that may compromise judgement or lead to inappropriate actions
Reporting and Support
If you experience or witness any form of harassment, we encourage you to report it immediately. You can report concerns confidentially to your line Manager, the People Team or use the Edenred Company Hotline (anonymous reports can be submitted here)
Complaints received against Customers, Clients and Vendors will be reported to their employer. Complaints received by Customers, Clients and Vendors against a Reward Gateway employee or Worker will be treated in alignment with this policy. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them thoroughly to ensure that everyone feels safe and supported.
Consequences
Any individual found to have violated this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. We are committed to addressing incidents swiftly to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all.
