The most recent research paper “Increasing Employee Engagement Through Strategic Recognition” issued by Josh Bersin Academy, showed that programs with the strategic elements that Reward Gateway delivers, such as values-driven, tailored eCards, manager alerts and access to data to drive engagement and overall business results, are 12 times more likely to generate strong business results.
