Just a few short weeks ago, 500+ HR changemakers descended upon The Brewery on an unusually hot day. They had one goal in mind – to reach The Summit.

Doug Butler and Julie Zadow speaking at SummitThis was my first experience of the Reward Gateway Summit and I have to say it certainly lived up to the hype! As much as we love a virtual event here at Reward Gateway, being able to bring our HR community together again in-person to learn and share ideas and experiences was really special.

Following a jam-packed day of breakout sessions, practical workshops and inspiring keynotes, our attendees left filled to the brim with ideas and takeaways to make their worlds a better place to work.

The 2022 Reward Gateway Summit helped many pave the way to reach new frontiers to attract, engage and retain their workforce.

Amidst the backdrop of pressing market concerns like a record-breaking cost of living increase, an already limited talent pool and a post-pandemic shift in the employee-employer relationship, HR leaders everywhere are looking to their peers for new ideas to lead the way.

Whilst our event sold out in a matter of weeks, we know that others who didn’t attend have been eagerly waiting to relive the day through our Reward Gateway Summit Digital Experience.

Take a browse below to take in the day at your own pace and gain ideas to harness technology and engage your people through experts from organisations of all sizes and industries.

Kylie Green speaking at SummitWe want to give a special thanks to our keynote speakers, Global SVP of Consultancy Kylie Green, Founder of Disruptive HR and former HR Director at BBC Lucy Adams, and  Performance Coach, Psychologist and Author Jamil Quershi for bringing their energy and inspiration to our Rocketship stage, helping attendees truly reach infinity (and beyond).

The day was also filled with topical panels on ways to build Diversity, Equity  & Inclusion into your employee engagement strategy, evolving your benefits offering for the future and how to navigate the next era of hybrid working, where we heard from employee engagement enthusiasts from Reward Gateway as well as HR leaders at Nationwide, Missguided, Eve Sleep, PSDA, Watford Community Housing, Starbucks, Correla and Selco Builders Warehouse

Last but not least, the packed workshops featured breakout sessions on developing your EVP, engaging and supporting your frontline and deskless employees (with special thanks to Majesticare and The Gym Group for sharing their stories) and creating compelling content with a marketing mindset.

Whilst the coffee and teas were flowing and the Space Camp station provided a backdrop for learning about the newest innovations from the Reward Gateway team, our sincere hope is that everyone who attended feels more equipped than ever to take on the new frontier.

If you’re looking for more ways to attract, engage and retain your people, we’re here to help. As you watch the 2022 Reward Gateway Summit, whether for the first time or want to relive the day, we’re here to discuss anything that could help you on your journey.
