This past year seemed to fly by, didn't it? At the end of every year, I like to look back and think about my goals, and if I set out to accomplish what I started with. Looking after more than a dozen different products across our three core markets takes a village. I'm lucky to work with amazing people, and I wanted to show my teams across the world that every minute of every effort they put in really went somewhere.

So last year, I began putting together more documentation of our improvements, which formed a massive timeline. I've done the same thing this year, which has put into perspective all the hours spent on improving our products to Delight our Customers!

It's a bit of a struggle to fit on the screen, but here's a peek at it:

(It's even interactive, you can check out the whole thing here!)

But I wanted to make it even more digestible for you, our audience. So we broke it down into an infographic, sharing some of my favourite moments throughout the past year – everything from launching Employee Profiles to better notifications on our blogs to developing personalised Recognition and Reward Tiles... the list goes on. Take a look for yourself:

One of my favourite values here at Reward Gateway is Push the Boundaries, which is something we try to do every day to bring you the best in the business when it comes to an employee engagement platform. Whether you're looking to reward and recognise your people, shine a light on the culture and values your business stands for or find effective ways to communicate with a hard-to-reach workforce, I hope that the work we put in does what it should: Make the world a better place to work
