We're pleased to announce that our new Engage app has been successfully rolled out to 100% of users. One in 12 Australians and their families and friends can now access this enhanced employee discounts experience with: 

  • A fresh, modern design featuring a new app name, icon, and intuitive interface

  • Seamless transition with all discount offers, login credentials, purchase history, and wallet balances preserved

  • Improved performance delivering a faster, more responsive user experience

  • Complete compatibility ensuring all existing links and QR codes continue to work flawlessly 

The transition has been remarkably smooth, and we're already seeing outstanding engagement as users discover the improved app experience.

The rebrand to Engage marks an important milestone on our journey toward delivering a unified platform experience. In the coming months, Engage will evolve into a comprehensive hub that brings together all your essential tools in one place:

Our new AI-powered chat assistant will be available on both web and mobile platforms, providing instant support to help employees find information, answer questions, and navigate the platform effortlessly. AI Assistant

Security and privacy are paramount. The AI assistant features robust safeguards including harmful content detection, prompt injection prevention, PII masking, and strict segmentation ensuring employees only access information relevant to their scheme and permissions. 

AI Recognition Coach: Making appreciation effortless 

AI Recognition CompanionWe're also launching a Recognition Coach that eliminates writer's block and helps users transform their thoughts into clear, meaningful recognition messages.

Challenges and Leaderboards foster collaboration and friendly competition through: 

  • Individual or team-based activity challenges

  • Organisation-wide recognition leaderboards

  • Virtual step count races and more 

You'll be able to integrate your Rewards program to incentivise participation, encouraging habitual positive behaviours, and cultivating a culture of high achievement. 

Workday integration: Seamless, automated efficiency 

Available now, our enhanced Workday integration eliminates manual updates and ensures data accuracy through automated provisioning and scheduled synchronisation. 

The key benefits include: 

  • Automated employee lifecycle management with real-time syncing of joiners, movers, and leavers

  • Single source of truth using Workday data to automatically create, update, and deactivate employee profiles

  • Evidence-based performance reviews allowing managers to view peer-to-peer recognitions within Workday for data-backed discussions

  • Employee-led sharing giving employees control over which recognitions appear on their Workday profile 

This integration connects culture to performance, providing a complete view of how everyday recognitions translate into the high-performance behaviours that drive business results.

  • Curated discounts from local and global retailers in 22 countries, including recent additions like Bangladesh and many more
