I'm still reeling from last week's celebration of our 10th anniversary of Reward Gateway's Engagement Excellence Awards. I've been honoured to be on the team sat behind this event for the past five years, and this year was no exception.
Guildhall was positively magical, as was every aspect of the night – from the red carpet arrival to the reception in the Crypts to the awards dinner and show, followed by dancing past midnight with live music – it's no wonder everyone who attended was not just delighted but awed by the entire evening.
If you've been following along on our social channels, we announced the shortlisted finalists from the close to 170 entries we received this year in the weeks leading up to our big event. With so many amazing companies and stories to choose from, I know that the judges had a hard time choosing our winners. As usual, our winners were chosen by a fully independent judging panel comprised of some of the most experienced and skilled HR, benefits and reward professionals in the industry.
I want to extend a big congratulations to every single entrant in our awards, or as we like to say, the 'Ennies.' Sharing your stories and the successes you've had amidst trying times to inspire, motivate and support your people only brings us all closer to our mission to Make the World a Better Place to Work.
