Did you miss out on last week's Engagement Excellence Live: Innovate & Evolve to Support Your People? I have to say, we had a great day piling up loads of advice and stories around how to reinvigorate your workforce through key areas of benefits, wellbeing and connection.

While I was honoured to host last week's event, I was joined by so many superstars to drive the agenda and make the event stand out for our 400+ attendees.

Throughout the pandemic, HR leaders have had to step up and think creatively on new ways to evolve their employee engagement strategies to support employee welfare and create an environment where your people are motivated and engaged. All the while, having to juggle this with less time, money and resources

We heard from New Look's Reward Specialist Lisa Booth, Kettle Foods's Engagement and Communication Officer Kelli Copping and Checkatrade's Chief People Officer John Frith, on how they've created more resilent workforces in the 'new normal.' We also heard from RG favourites such as Director of Client Culture and Engagement Alexandra Powell, Head of Product Sevi Rahimova and Director of Enterprise Dominic Taylor. Plus, Debra Corey, Reward Gateway Advisor and bestselling author, closed out the day with practical tips on how to evolve wellbeing strategies and programmes.

If you couldn't make it, we've got all the sessions recorded and ready for you to pull up a cosy chair (and some popcorn!) to take in the day. Have a watch:
