Geberit was searching for a true partner to help establish an employee engagement platform where everything was hosted in one, easily accessible place. With a spread out workforce, the team at Geberit wanted engagement tools to better reach and connect its workforce to one another.

The challenges the business was facing centered around having a very diverse workforce – where some employees worked in the office and many were either on the road or out in the field. People digest information in different ways, so Geberit needed a platform which allowed people to read company updates on-the-go or from different locations. Overall, Geberit wanted to improve employee engagement by connecting the entire workforce, while also improving employee communications and recognition.
Geberit partnered with Reward Gateway to implement its inclusive engagement platform, giving the entire organization access to employee discounts, eCards, communication and unique perks.
The Geberit team knew they needed a radically different approach to how they were engaging employees, and Reward Gateway was the partner they were looking for to help them push the boundaries in creativity, including the platform name "Splash!"
Reward Gateway and Geberit continue to work together in order to innovate and easily update the platform to make sure everything is aligned with the company's purpose, mission and values.
Since launching its employee engagement solution, Splash has seen 90% of Geberit's employees registered and engaged with it. By including employee discounts, perks and peer-to-peer recognition into their strategy, the organization has also greatly improved its Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Employees have seen a total combined saving of the equivalent of $7,300 with employee discounts. Lastly, Geberit improved employee recognition and so far have sent over 630 eCards and that number continues to climb.
