RGER Lab:
Putting Engagement on the Balance Sheet
Postponed until further notice
RGER Lab Postponement
It's with regret that we're postponing next week's RGER Lab.
Given the severe heatwave expected next week, we're making this difficult decision because it's important to us that guests feel comfortable travelling and spending time with us, and the forecast makes that tricky.
We also want these sessions to be genuinely valuable - relaxed, insight‑led conversations where people can engage properly. With the heat, that wouldn’t be the experience we aim to create.
We’ll be in touch with a new date soon, and hope you can join us when conditions are kinder.
Putting Engagement on the Balance Sheet
The evening will be headlined by Greg B Davies, Head of Behavioural Finance at Oxford Risk as he discusses 'Putting Engagement on the Balance Sheet' with RGER's Mollie Williams, Employee Engagement Expert.
Greg B Davies specialises in translating human behaviour into commercial outcomes; he'll help you understand decision-making, risk, performance and productivity in the eyes of Behavioural Science.
Disengagement is costing the UK economy £257bn, damaging productivity, retention, profitability and growth. Greg and Mollie will dive into a lively discussion on why employee engagement must no longer be treated as an HR-only initiative, but instead as a strategic objective with a direct impact on the balance sheet.
