Earlier this month, we were thrilled to introduce the Engagement Excellence Summit to hundreds of attendees, with the theme of "Bringing HR Rebels Together."

All 410+ rebels united under the theme of improving employee engagement through our core layers of the 10-step strategic model to employee engagement, the Engagement Bridge™.

Between full course keynotes, appetizer breakout sessions from more than two dozen expert speakers and meatier product demonstrations and best practice workshops, the attendees could choose their own adventure to climb the "summit!"

Whether it was around the campfire, or next to our dear friend Rebel Ram, HR Rebels came together to network and interact with one another, and the RG family, to get a unique perspective and valuable road map on the "why," "how" and "what next" in the world of employee engagement.

I want to give a massive shoutout to the rest of our Summit team, all the wonderful RGers who helped pull this event off, and of course a special thank you to all of our speakers (you can view them here). The event sold out quickly, with a large waitlist. I know there were many who wanted to attend that couldn't, but we've got great news: All the breakout sessions and keynote speeches are available on our YouTube channel!
