In case you missed it, the last time we mentioned the awards, my colleague Charlie brought you some of the top moments from one of our favourite times of the year: The Engagement Excellence Awards.
What fascinates me every year are the innovative (some might say rebellious) tactics and initiatives I see our clients dream up – working hand-in-hand with our team of Client Success Managers to delight and engage employees through employee benefits, wellness, reward and recognition and more. After the event, we spend a lot of time putting together a glossy “who’s who” of the winners, including the stories that led to their win of awards like “Most creative communications” or “Most unique company benefits.”
